Project Manager - Diversified Property Development GroupThe Company:Family-owned for over 20 years, this company is one of Australia''s leading boutique diversified property development groups.With an existing portfolio valued at over 1 billion AUD, their development projects include luxury apartments, build-to-rent, hotels/resorts, shopping centres, commercial/industrial parks, and medical precincts.Having secured multiple new sites across QLD, NSW, and Victoria, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee upcoming projects totaling over 300 million AUD through to 2028. This is a permanent, ongoing position.The Role:As Project Manager, you will be involved throughout the entire development and delivery cycle. Working alongside the Project Director, your responsibilities will include feasibility studies, design management, development proposals, DA/BA approvals, commercial contract advice, Head Contractor engagement, and overall project management.Accountabilities:Managing the end-to-end development and delivery of projects, including feasibility studies, site acquisition, design management, supervision, construction/project management, and development advice.Collaborating with external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.Coordinating tenant works, design approvals, and liaising with councils and authorities.Interpreting and executing head contracts to mitigate contractual risks.Participating in strategic client management to maintain and develop relationships with key clients and stakeholders.About You:A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Property Economics, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Contract Administrator, Project Engineer, Design Manager, or Project Manager.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.An interest in expanding knowledge in design management, contract administration, and construction methodologies.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.If this role interests you, please click APPLY or send your updated resume to (emailprotected). #J-18808-Ljbffr
