We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellencefor both our guests and property owners.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Manager to lead our dedicated maintenance team. This full-time role is central to ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard, enhancing guest satisfaction and preserving owners'' investments. Youll report to the General Manager and collaborate closely with our housekeeping team.What We Offer$80,000$85,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)Permanent full-time role (40 hours/week)Potential for a company vehicleSupportive, family-oriented team cultureStunning work environment in DunsboroughKey ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians across multiple propertiesSchedule preventative and reactive maintenance using our property management systemConduct regular inspections of vehicles and equipmentRun weekly toolbox meetings to ensure team alignmentGuest & Owner SupportRespond to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues promptlyCommunicate with property owners regarding issues, updates, and improvement opportunitiesManage after-hours maintenance concerns on a shared rotating rosterContractor & Project ManagementLiaise with third-party contractors for specialist tasks and ensure timely deliveryBuild relationships with local trades for ongoing support and quotesIdentify and manage seasonal and ad hoc property projectsSystem & Process OversightUse maintenance tracking software to assign, monitor, and cost tasksEnsure safety and compliance through regular inspections and auditsMaintain detailed property records and updatesWhat Youll BringProven experience leading a small teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA guest-first mindset with a professional, solution-oriented approachHands-on experience with general property maintenanceAbility to manage pressure and navigate minor conflictsHigh computer literacy (Microsoft Office, property/task management software)Current Police Clearance and residence near DunsboroughA Day in the LifeYour day might begin with a briefing on any overnight maintenance issues, followed by team scheduling and task delegation.
