Being part of Sephora and LVMH offers endless opportunities for discovery and career growth.We would love to hear from you if:You are open to rotating roster shifts supporting store needs.You have retail management experience, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, stock control, and visual merchandising.You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for data interpretation and reporting.You enjoy being hands-on on the sales floor to motivate and support your team.You are passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail.You value maintaining a positive, inclusive culture that encourages feedback, development, and recognition.You have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.Please note, only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this opportunity, as each store has individual needs.
