As the Store Manager, you''re the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have: * Management experience. * A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service. * The ability to motivate and inspire your team. * Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. * Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. * Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
