Sharing expertise across both teams will ensure our continued success and drive further growth and unlock our collective potential.About this Position As the Senior WHS Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and leadership on all workplace health and safety matters. You will report to the National Safety Manager and contribute as part of the Chullora (Sydney) management team while also overseeing multiple regional locations. Your focus will be on risk management, injury prevention, compliance, and fostering an environment where safety is at the heart of all operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety Leadership & Advisory Provide expert WHS guidance, coach senior stakeholders, and mentor WHS Advisors to embed best practices.Compliance & Risk Management Develop and monitor WHS policies, maintain the risk register, facilitate critical risk control management and conduct audits to ensure compliance.Incident Prevention & Management Lead investigations, implement proactive safety measures, and communicate key learnings.Training & Development Deliver WHS training programs and support staff competency through the National Qualification Program.Stakeholder Engagement Develop safety communications, represent the company in audits, and foster relationships with regulators.What Were Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you will bring:Advanced Diploma or higher in Occupational/Workplace Health and Safety.Extensive experience in a WHS management or business partnering roles operating across multi states and sites within a logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing environment.Cert IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.Experience in incident investigation, critical risk management and risk management.Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Passionate about fostering a positive safety culture.Internal Auditor Qualification (preferred).What PFD is Offering the Successful CandidateWe are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation and other staff benefits (such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking).Culture & ValuesCustomer FocusKnow your external and internal customers.
