All our available profits are donated to charities and good causes to improve communities.About the roleAnsvar Australia, who are proudly part of Benefact Group, are looking for a Corporate Account Director to join our Melbourne office.Joining our rapidly expanding and innovative Group presents a fantastic opportunity to develop your career and become an integral part of an inclusive, purpose-led organisation.Key responsibilitiesAs Corporate Account Director, you play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, working directly with our largest strategic clients to create bespoke underwriting solutions that truly make a difference.Own the full client journey - Take charge of the entire policy lifecycle for corporate accounts, from initial underwriting through to renewals and adjustmentsLead integrated client solutions - Leverage our Risk Solutions function to provide comprehensive protection strategies that address clients'' unique challengesBuild influential relationships - Work closely with Regional Managers, Client & Broker Engagement teams, and Risk Solution specialists to develop holistic approachesDrive strategic growth - Develop and execute targeted business development plans to identify and convert new corporate opportunities while maximising renewal retentionShape underwriting quality - Collaborate with our Product & Underwriting team to ensure excellence in underwriting referrals and approvalsMake decisions that matter - Enjoy negotiating terms directly with brokers, empowering you to create tailored solutions for complex risksCreate lasting impact - Support organisations that directly contribute to community wellbeing through our specialist sectorsKnowledge, skills and experienceYour experience has given you the confidence to engage with senior brokers and executives, presenting complex insurance solutions clearly and convincingly.
