Your Role and Responsibilities As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner, collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and acting as a trusted business advisor with a deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and related work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. There are opportunities to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and gain a comprehensive understanding of various industries. Your Primary Responsibilities Include Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions focused on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Team Delivery Leadership: Managing a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your SAP functional expertise with clients and team members, utilizing the latest technologies. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Hands-on SAP configuration experience in SAP TM, with a proven track record of end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live as a Consultant. Knowledge of SCM TM processes and workflows. Strong understanding of SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA and their application in client environments, including the use of Artificial Intelligence models in SAP implementations. Holder of SAP TM certification. Must be an Australian Citizen with AGSVA baseline security clearance, located in Canberra or Ballarat. Preferred Technical and Professional Experience Experience with SAP upgrades. Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms, including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. Experience with Agile project management methodologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
