Base pay range A$70,000.00/yr - A$75,000.00/yr About Us Tincture & Tone is reimagining wellness retail where expert naturopathic care meets modern, high-energy customer experience. Our Maroochydore store is our flagship, and were searching for a strong retail leader whos ready to run the floor, energise the team, and turn every visitor into a loyal customer. You dont need to be a naturopath but you do need to be customer-obsessed, commercially sharp, and someone who thrives on floor presence, not back-office busywork. What Youll Do Be the face and energy of the store visible, engaging, and always in the action. Act as the go-between for our naturopathic and retail teams, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient and customer. Own the store flow: patient bookings, team rosters, in-store rhythms, and communication. Support our naturopaths by managing operational needs so they can focus on providing exceptional care and consults. Drive conversion through consult sign-ups, product sales, app downloads, and loyalty program uptake. Coach, uplift, and motivate the team to hit KPIs and deliver a consistent, standout experience. Who Are You A confident retail leader with experience in high-performance, customer-first environments (health, wellness, beauty, pharmacy, or fashion). Commercially minded with a track record of hitting sales and conversion KPIs. Energetic, fast-moving, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. Digitally literate happy using tools like Shopify, booking platforms, and team management software. Passionate about wellness and eager to be part of a brand with big ambition. Naturopath or Nutritionist Qualifications a bonus but not a necessity.
