Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, organisational performance, and service outcomes. Use data analytics to inform decision-making and drive strategy. Lead organisation-wide change initiatives, including restructures, process redesign, or service expansion. Manage communication, training, and stakeholder alignment throughout change processes. Develop and implement leadership development pathways to support internal career progression and build a robust succession pipeline. Oversee systems and processes that ensure a high-quality client experience, including feedback mechanisms, satisfaction surveys, and continuous service co-design with clients and families.
