The primary objectives of the role are:Define, lead and manage KDHS'' Wellbeing and Psychosocial risk management program;Provide creative and innovative strategies to promote wellbeing, mental health, with the inclusion of cultural safety in support of KDHS strategic plan, specifically A dynamic, capable and supported workforce.Provide leadership and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislative requirementsOversee and enhance services provided to staff and managers, including psychosocial risk advisory, respectful workplace behaviors, wellbeing, family violence support and employee assistance services.About YouRelevant qualification in occupational health & safety or equivalent experienceExperience in leading and managing OHS function of an organisationKnowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice and policyExperience leading, developing, implementing and evaluating dynamic work health and safety and/or wellbeing programsCoaching and mentoring skillsFurther InformationThe full position description is available for download.
