We are seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to lead the Value-Add business units (Rice Cakes and SRFG) factory operations. Underpinned by Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement practices, you will ensure the Production Plan is followed and achieved, while coaching and developing the production teams to meet operational and strategic objectives in line with SunRice standards, procedures, and behaviours. Key Responsibilities Include Leading team members to ensure they perform their roles safely and effectively to meet operational requirements. Ensuring finished goods are produced within customer specifications and planned timelines. Driving Continuous Improvement through daily review systems. Adhering to and promoting SunRices policies and procedures. Supporting the leadership team in developing a culture of performance excellence regarding safety, quality, and customer service. About You To succeed, you should have effective decision-making skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly and safely. If you are proactive, results-oriented, and prioritize safety, this role is ideal for you. You Will Have Cert IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent. 25 years supervisory experience in food manufacturing. Qualification and/or experience in thermal processing (desirable). Green Belt or higher in Lean Six Sigma. Good knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and GMP. Experience with SHE programs. Proven leadership in team environments. Project management skills (desirable).
