Support with administration to facilitate seamless day-to-day operation and work to continuously improve processes.Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional customer service.Your key responsibilities will include:Plan reactive and preventative maintenance resourcing and schedules and co-ordinate inspections.Work closely with field-based technicians to understand and improve process and procedures.Develop and implement processes to improve operational programs and procedural efficiency.Manage and monitor performance of PPM delivery and ensure compliance with the monthly performance requirements.Create and maintain detailed reports of key activity and programs, including ad-hoc and periodic reporting for internal and external stakeholders.Work closely with internal teams to develop service schedules and pricing for services related to new stores, expansions and upgrades.Communicate with stakeholders, contractors and suppliers with astrong commitment to excellent customer service.To be considered for this role:2 years previous experience in a similar role Highly regardedAn understanding of building and trade services.Ability to build strong working relationships with all key stakeholdersStrong administration, organisation and planning skills, with careful and accurate execution.Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy in MS OfficeExcellent communication and computer skillsIf you would like the opportunity to be part of a growing Australian Facilities Management business, we would love to hear from you.City is an Equal Opportunity Employer who supports and encourages the diverse needs of each individual Team Member.City does not accept any unsolicited resume referrals from Recruitment Agencies.
