The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing community-based respite programs, developing and monitoring program, adjusting to meet required outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.This is a full-time role based at our Ararat office, reporting to the Team Leader Community Connections.About youYou will be a passionate Program Coordinator, familiar with developing and maintaining programs and activities, monitoring and adjusting programs to ensure successful outcomes for participants.Skills and experiencesProven experience in program coordination, developing and maintain program schedules, activities and budgets, to meet participants requirements.Excellent communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of program initiatives.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.Certificate IV Disability preferredCurrent First Aid and CPR certificateA current Covid and Flu vaccination required.If you have the passion skills and experience required, please Apply Now.
