Every Patient Matters.Job DescriptionEpworth HealthCare''s Finance & Business Services division is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Patient Revenue Officer (Support Services).Responsibilities Include-Answering and directing phone callsScanning of documents and data entryActioning departmental emailsProcessing of incoming and outgoing mailProviding ongoing support to Credit, Billing & Accounts Receivable as requiredSkills & ExperienceTo be successful in the role you will have:Strong computer skillsA sound knowledge of iPM (desirable)Previous customer service, switchboard, or administrative experience in the health sectorExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalThis position would suit applicants who have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and can work independently.This is a full time position working 38 hours per week, located within the Epworth Corporate building in Richmond. Starting time is variable between 8 am or 9 am.
