To be considered for this role applicants will need to be professional, organised and be confident communicating face to face and in written communications.Were seeking a Valuer with a minimum of 2 years experience. Successful applicants need to be able to interpret and predict how to provide clients the service and experience they deserve.Key Tasks:Conducting inspection of residential properties.Independently draft, review and prepare valuation reports for mortgage and non-mortgage purposes, in addition to presentations and other relevant documentation.Maintaining residential property market awareness.Adhere to internal KPIs regarding report turn-around and quality.Ensure compliance, risk management and corporate governance principles and practices are adhered to.Actively develop and maintain a network of contacts.Maintain and contribute to the valuation database.Who are we looking for?Attention to detail, initiative and strong work ethic.Excellent time management skills, an aptitude to learn quickly and be a proactive team player.Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.API accreditation (CPV or RPV).A passion for valuations as part of the broader real estate industry, or an interest in pursuing commercial valuation.Whats in it for you?This is an opportunity to build a long and successful career within one of the most well regarded commercial real estate agencies in Newcastle.Be part of a growing organisation that supports your career development.Generous Leave options for staff - an additional 2 weeks leave per annum!If this sounds like you - this is your opportunity to be part of a team where individual uniqueness is celebrated, contribution is rewarded, and voices are respected and heard.
