SheppartonFull Time permanent role$43 - $46/hr + super + Salary PackagingOur client is a progressive community housing organisation responsible for developing and managing a large portfolio of rental properties in the region that provides much needed shelter to families and individuals at risk of homelessness.You will be responsible for service delivery of high-quality tenancy and residential property management for eligible individuals and families, ensuring that this is carried out ensuring relevant legislation, regulations, organisational policies, and procedures are followed.The Property Manager will provide outstanding customer service to applicants and tenants and will also manage the related property maintenance and portfolio administrative functions.The role will entail:Managing properties for tenants who are eligible for community housingAssisting with applications, intake, and assessment of housing eligibilityIdentifying and supporting tenants at risk of homelessness by providing appropriate referralsAdministering the housing program in accordance with established policy and procedures and report to management as required in relation to all housing matters including VCAT processesA demonstrated understanding of cultural awarenessTenancy management and collection of rental payments online and face to face in accordance with the RTAMeeting portfolio KPIs and preparation of weekly and monthly reportsThis is a Social, Community, Home Care, Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS) Level 4 position.If you have property management experience, relevant qualifications, and a passion for working in the community sector please apply or contact Dan Sawyer for a PD and more information on 0403 899143Applications Close: 7th June 2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
