We use FinClears established processes, technology, and expertise to ensure every investor is verified and every transaction meets regulatory requirements.FCX is broadening our Client Relationship Team, who support our clients and work to ensure they are active users of our platform. The team are focused on client retention, underpinned by delivering exceptional service to our clients, their investors and external stakeholders.The team proactively look out for our clients best interests, utilising our unique products and services to help our clients better manage critical corporate transactions.You are a people person, by nature, and possess a unique combination of soft and hard skills required to effectively communicate with clients, HNW investors and stakeholders.You have an operational mindset and are driven to improve current processes or introduce new processes to benefit the day-to-day operations of our business and ultimately improving our clients experience.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild ongoing client relationships with clients, HNW investors, VCs and any other relevant stakeholders of FCX.Manage client onboarding and transitions, including data cleansing and communications.Support clients through transactions, particularly those conducted in FCXs Liquidity Venue. This includes managing investor communications, ensuring documentation is completed efficiently and accurately, manage timelines and ensure business stakeholders are aligned.Support FCX operations as required (e.g. as key point of contact for managing client transactions, reviewing and reconciling reports etc)Educate clients on our processes and best practices. This includes providing FCX platform training and demonstrations where applicable.Engage with clients to understand the nature of their business and guide them as to what FCX tools would benefit them.Manage communications through phone and email from clients and their investors.Proactively manage client billing to ensure clients are billed accurately, in time and that outstanding debtors are appropriately followed up.Provide support to the pre-sales and post-sales process.Working closely with line Manager drawing on client feedback, team feedback and industry changes to continuously improve our products and services.Skills/ Knowledge:Experience in managing key client relationships with excellent communication skills both written and spoken.In depth knowledge of equity instruments and corporate actions.Ability to embrace and adapt to change.Strong MS Office Skills including excel.About FinClearCelebrating its 10th year in 2025 with 170 employees across four states.
