This means that you will be working with purpose whilst being a part of a business big enough to offer interstate mobility, job security and opportunities to fulfill your career ambitions.What You Will Be DoingReporting to the State Manager of Pathology Collections,you will be using your leadership skills to mentor and manage the Rostering Officer team of 10, fostering an efficient, collaborative and motivated team environment.Your role will involve coordinating the day-to-day operations, working towards the wider business strategy and goals, initiating process improvements & system updates, ensuring the creation of accurate and efficient rosters for Pathology Collectors (permanent and casual), and filling planned and unplanned vacancies across the Pathology Collector Network, working closely with other stakeholders in the business including the Commercial Team, Marketing and Pathology Collector Leads.Your key responsibilities will include:Mentoring, leading and supporting the Rostering team to work towards shared organisational goals and strategyOverseeing the rostering of approximately 2000 collectorsPlanning rosters to be available 6 weeks in advance of the current dateEnsuring and monitoring timely and accurate data entry within UKG (Kronos) to ensure accurate rostering based on employee skills and client requirementsParticipating in testing updates on UKG (Kronos) functionsImplementing new systems updates including updating procedures and workflowsWhat Type of Person Will Be SuccessfulYou will be experienced in the world of rostering and would have ideally worked your way up from a Rostering Officer yourself.You are passionate about leading teams and know how to motivate, mentor and manage successful & engaged teams as well as be excited about creating new and improved ways of working.These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess:Great leadership and team management experience3 to 5 years of experience with electronic rostering systems including being proficient in UKG (Kronos Time & Attendance) systemStrong communication skills, as you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders and teams across the businessProven ability to prioritise workload and multi-task to ensure work requirements are completed within expected timeframesDemonstrated ability to undertake detailed work and maintain information systems with a high degree of accuracyWorking knowledge of and the ability to apply Award conditions when shift rosteringBenefits, Perks and WellbeingAs part of working for Healius, you will have access to a range of benefits & perks including:Benefits platform - Reduce the impact of the cost of living with everyday savings with 500+ of Australia''s most-loved brands, (from the weekly grocery shop to premium perks like holidays).Fitness Passport Access top fitness centres & pools across Australia at a subsidised rate.Corporate health insurance discounts, banking benefits and novated leasing salary packaging.Career growth and development opportunities with access to a comprehensive library of online courses and learning paths via our e-learning platform.Confidential health and well-being support through our Employee Assistance Program, available to all employees and their family members.Our Commitment to Diversity And InclusionQML Pathologyis an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
