THE ROLEThe Team Leader Placement Coordiantion is responsible for overseeing the coordiantion of all referrals from Children Protection for placements, and placement planning activity for children in the out of home care system. The role is responsible for all placements in Inner and Outer Gippsland.Accountabilities IncludeManage, interpret and apply business plans and policies in own area of responsibility and provides advice to others on design and implementation issues.Resolve complex operational problems and issues being experienced by team members.Lead and drive changes in process and practice as part of the Placement Coordination South Division Trial.How To ApplyPlease open the position description to read more.Applicants are encouraged to apply online.
