This is an important position within the integrated process and supports the team as they build a go to market approach. If you enjoy working with numbers, have strong communication skills, work well in a team environment and have a level of curiosity about learning and growing - this is the role for you.What does a day look like for you?Support the team in the implementation of campaignsAssist in reporting and tracking budgets, savings and value, ensuring accuracy for internal teamContribute to the analysis and post campaign summary of integrated campaignsManage material advice on behalf of clients in terms of accuracy, despatch/tagging, timelines and record keepingDevelop budget management skills of specific buys including proforma checking, account queries and approvalsCommunicates progress proactively with team members to effectively manage expectationsUnderstands and practices confidentiality in all work issuesBuilds and maintains professional rapport with media and creative agency partners across all disciplines and channelsManage the monthly billing cycle with ADs and ensuring clients are invoiced correctly.Who you are:Ideally you have tertiary education within media, marketing, advertising, business or other related fields; previous internship experience is preferredProficiency with Microsoft programs, especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to communicate concisely and clearly, both written and oralStrong organizational and analytical skillsDetail-oriented, organised, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates time management effectively, delivering to agreed deadlinesMaintains client confidentiality and understands the informations sharing boundaries with media and other external partiesInitiative respects that everyone has something unique to contribute to the agency.
