It features contemporary design, cutting-edge medical technology and best practice patient care, whilst offering a wide range of inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical and rehabilitation services.The RoleReporting to the Hospitality Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include- (but not limited to)Allocation of duties and general supervisionProviding team leadership, mentoring, performance developmentPromoting staff wellbeingPromoting and monitoring cleaning and infection control procedures and policyAuditing and rectifying cleaning standardsPromoting and monitoring occupational health and safetyDelivering high standards in patient service experiencesMaintain smooth, safe, and efficient operationsDriving efficienciesRoster alternationsMonitoring all relevant policies and procedures are followedThis role provides a work life balance in conjunction with an opportunity for professional development and accelerate your career moving forward.To be successful in this roleYou will have:Experience managing a team of 10 or more staff across a shiftExcellent written verbal and communication skillsHave an excellent understanding of cleaning standards in healthcareHave 2 years experience in a similar role (desirable)Have solid computer skills (essential)Be proactive and responsive to patient needs and service demandsBe available to work across various shifts & days including permanent weekend shiftsAbout You-As an exemplary role model, you possess previous leadership skills and capabilities within a supervising role to ensure outstanding service delivery and the highest quality outcomes for both patients, visitors and staff. Current knowledge of Class 1 hygiene standards and compliance standards is a must.
