You will focus on creating valuable relationships with current and new customers and work with highly professional teams where you will be valued, recognized, and rewarded.Job Purpose:Your role as HR Advisor will be to address HR-related queries from employees and leaders, ensuring their interactions with HR result in a positive experience.Job Description:Handle inquiries about HR policies and procedures, understand needs, investigate options, seek solutions, and collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve issues.Work closely with warehouse site managers to support benefits, policies, procedures, and address workplace concerns and misconduct, ensuring a fair environment.Utilize Workday and ServiceNow systems effectively.Train employees and managers on HR systems and service delivery.Support HR cycle activities such as onboarding, performance management, job moves, and exits.Review and maintain HR documentation for accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness, including employee records, policies, and benefits.Person Specification:We seek passionate individuals committed to delivering excellent employee experiences, with empathy and dedication to resolving queries.Required skills and experience include:Deep knowledge of UK labor laws and HR principles, practices, and legal compliance.Experience resolving employee relations issues.Strong collaboration and communication skills.Fluency in written and spoken English.Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is advantageous.Additional Benefits:25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell days.Annual bonus and pension scheme.Family-friendly benefits and retail discounts.Access to Employee Assistance Program for mental and financial health support.Flexible working options may be available.#LI-EH3Maersk is committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants regardless of personal characteristics.
