About the opportunity: We have a fantastic opening for a Customer Development Manager (Insert Channel) for the region of (Insert State or Area). Working with your Channel Manager and local Store Managers, you will build effective relationships with target customers using our CRM platform and promotional activities. Your responsibilities include understanding customer needs, solving problems proactively, and growing their spend with Repco. You will oversee sales and gross margin performance for approximately 150 customers. All about you: You should have an interest in the automotive industry and sales or customer management experience (automotive preferred). You thrive on achieving KPIs and targets, working in a dynamic, high-performance sales team with a customer-first culture.
