A Day in the Life As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, your responsibilities include: Leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 15 members. Driving Ghanda values with your store team. Maintaining high store presentation standards according to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction. Collaborating with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximize floor space return. Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and compliance. About You Well know youre the one if you: Have demonstrated leadership experience, leading from the front, empowering your team, and embodying our organizational values. Think customer first, excel at fundamentals, and take retail seriously. Have experience in retail or hospitality roles (not essential but valued); we prioritize the right attitude over experience.
