GPH operations cover a large regional geographical footprint in NSW and ACT.About the positionPeer work is a unique space that allows people to connect and build genuine relationships in the context of mental health services.We are looking for a Peer Worker to join our highly successful Next Steps Program to provide open and effective support to people accessing or considering connection to GPH mental health services.As a Peer Worker, your own lived experience of life changing mental health challenges, mental health service use, as well as periods of healing and personal recovery will be critical to support people accessing the program with their own lived experience. You will aim to nurture hope and self-determination to inspire the people that you support on their journey to recovery.
