Our national client, a market leader in the window and door industry, is currently seeking a permanent Account Manager to join their growing team based in Bendigo. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, the role''s purpose is to achieve maximum sales by growing existing and new accounts. What''s On Offer Great base salary + Super + Commissions with achievable targets Fully maintained SUV, mobile phone, and laptop Ongoing support, training, and career development Immediate start Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm Key Responsibilities Growing and maintaining existing accounts (60%) and developing new accounts (40%) Delivering on sales budgets and meeting targets Making calls, booking visits, and delivering presentations as required Collaborating with marketing, technical, accounts, production, dispatch, and service teams to achieve sales goals Providing comprehensive product knowledge to clients Participating in trade shows as needed About You Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the window & door or construction industry Ability to read and understand technical drawings and building plans Resilient, adaptable, persistent, with a mature sales approach Excellent communication and relationship-building skills KPI driven Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills If this role aligns with your career goals, please apply online today or contact Tate at 0434 433 643 to learn more about this exciting opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
