The Role The Team Leader Placement Coordination oversees all referrals from Child Protection for placements and manages placement planning activities for children in the out-of-home care system. This role covers all placements in Inner and Outer Gippsland. Accountabilities Include Manage, interpret, and apply business plans and policies within your area of responsibility, providing advice on design and implementation issues. Resolve complex operational problems faced by team members. Lead and implement changes in process and practice as part of the Placement Coordination South Division Trial.
