At Bundaberg Brewed Drinks we believe if its worth brewing, its worth brewing well.The RoleIn the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process which delivers an aligned group financial forecast. There is a focus on providing forward visibility of financial performance, volume and revenue forecasts, customer and product profitability, as well as overseeing the commercial analysis and decision support framework.This is a unique Finance and FP&A role, in that you will own the IBP process and have influence and exposure to the whole business, working closely with all areas as custodian of the IBP process. This allows you to expand your exposure and experience outside of a traditional finance role.Lead, facilitate and enhance the IBP process across the BBD business.Drive and deliver an aligned group financial forecast.Lead the demand planning team and IBP demand stream in delivering robust, assumption based forecasts.Manage the delivery of customer gross margin forecasts, commercial decision support, pricing and profitability analysis.Analyse and provide recommendations to improve group profitability.Review and prepare business cases to support business decisions.Play a lead role in developing the annual budget.Manage the delivery of month end processing for all commercial activities.Manage a small team focussed on delivering robust forecasts and financial modelling.To be considered for these rolesYou will be a confident leader with previous experience managing teams and the ability to influence cross functionally. You will need to be both hands on when needed to understand the detail yet be able to step back and look at the bigger picture. Ideally you will haveCA or CPA qualification and experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A, combined with a solid understanding of the FMCG industry and product manufacturing environments. It would be highly regarded to have had exposure to an IBP or S&OP environment and a sound knowledge of supply planning and logistics, however this is not as critical as we will develop the right candidate across these areas. Equally, if you have strong IBP leadership experience with exposure to Commercial Finance or FP&A, wed value discussing the opportunity.
