This role requires providing strong leadership to the business, franchisees, and staff.Key responsibilities include:Assist in business planning to establish, agree upon, and communicate priorities and targets.Manage the performance of direct reports to ensure optimal team efficiency.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.Meet and exceed customer expectations by maintaining high service standard performance.Foster positive and constructive communication with franchisees, staff, contractors, and suppliers, demonstrating effective leadership.Ensure compliance with the Aramex system and brand.Manage productivity and costs to maintain financial health.Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements.Execute all assigned responsibilities and tasks with the utmost care and diligence.Adhere to all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation to create a safe workplace for staff, courier franchisees, customers, and the public.Keep the management informed of all material matters affecting the operations of the sub-depot and its business within the scope of your dutiesTo be successful in this role:Minimum 2 years of management experience (Logistics industries are an advantage).Demonstrable experience with team management and the customer experience.Well-developed analytical skills.Ability to relate to and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the business.Forklift License will be preferred.If you think this would be a great opportunity for you, please apply today by submitting your cover letter and cv.Due to the volume of applications for this role, we may only be able to respond to shortlisted candidates.How do your skills match this job?How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.Your application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as a branch manager?
