Our passionate team supports individuals with disabilities to become independent and achieve their personal goals.What your role will look likeNo two days are the same! As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care to support our clients with various daily living activities. Your duties may include personal care, medication assistance, shopping, or cooking. Most importantly, you will support clients to achieve goals that matter to them. We seek employees who enjoy a varied workplace and wish to develop valuable skills.To be successful in this roleYou will demonstrate a passion for working with disabilities, both mental and physical.You enjoy challenges and celebrate small victories.You demonstrate empathy and a caring attitude.You hold a valid NDIS check, CPR, and First Aid Certificate.You are fully COVID vaccinated.You have the right to work in Australia.Relevant qualifications are preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.Interested in learning more?
