About the OpportunityAre you a skilled and qualified Pool Attendant with practical lifeguard experience, or are you willing to undergo training and become qualified?Council have three temporary part-time opportunities available with minimum 30 hours per week at the council''s swimming pools from September 2025 until March 2026. We are searching for both qualified Pool Attendants or those willing to undergo training. Council will provide training for Certifications in Pool Lifeguard, First Aid, and CPR training.In this important role, you''ll assist with daily operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment at our pools, adhering to all Council WHS protocols. Your main duties will include vigilant supervision, safety interventions, and responding to rescues. Additionally, you''ll handle tasks like documenting incidents, maintaining first aid supplies, and performing general cleaning and maintenance.
