Join our passionate multi-disciplinary team, with over 200 Radiology Receptionists, and be the first point of contact for our patients, referrers and stakeholders.You will be required to travel to our Hampstead Gardens training centre for the first five weeks of your employment to undertake our comprehensive training program.About the RoleYour positive can-do attitude and willingness to work as part of a busy, supportive team is essential. This role requires a commitment to ongoing learning.Previous experience as a medical receptionist/administrator and/or a working knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous but not essential.This Expression of Interest is for the following Locations - Salisbury, North Eastern Community Hospital, Golden Grove, Modbury, Playford, Gawler, Nuriootpa, Windsor Gardens, HampsteadYou will be responsible for:Making and confirming complex patient bookings via both inbound telephone call shifts and outbound telephone call shiftsProviding a high standard of patient care when registering patients, making patient bookings and answering queriesQuoting patients on payments and receiving payments when patients attend for their appointmentAnswering general enquiries from other key stakeholders such as referrersLiaising with referring medical professionalsPreparation and finalisation of billing, including Medicare, private and third partyResult preparationGeneral office and administrative dutiesAbout UsAs a practice, Benson Radiology has celebrated over 60 years of providing Medical Imaging services to the South Australian community and remains owned and operated by our Radiologist Partners.We take pride in providing quality expertise in a caring environment, and lead the way in the medical imaging industry, investing heavily in technology so that we are able to provide a full range of diagnostic imaging.Our values ofTeamwork,PersonalExcellence,Patient Focus and Integrityguide our actions and our thinking.
