accordance with Vopak fundamentals and operational proceduresExecute safely all relevant duties associated with being a Wharf AttendantEnsure operational areas are maintained to a high standard of housekeepingEnsure product quality system is maintained in-line with commingled specification Assist in truck loading/unloading operations with drivers as requiredMonitor and act on terminal alarms in accordance with the alarm management procedureEnsure adequate security is maintained at terminal and BLBAttend monthly operational team meetingsMaintenanceEnsure completion of all shift planned maintenanceAdequately respond to equipment fault/failure when they occur, record in maintenance management systemPrepare and or assist with equipment & assets for maintenance activities as requiredTake a proactive approach to operational excellence/continuous improvement (outcome)Customer ServiceEnsure all terminal operations are performed in line with Vopak service delivery policies & proceduresEnsure accuracy of data & information supplied to internal & external customers is maintained and supplied in a timely mannerAssist with customer service enquiries are followed through to completionAssist with setting up driver tags as neededTeam WorkWork with terminal Operations manager / Shift Leader to ensure adequate resources are in place and are aligned with terminal activitiesUnderstand your role at the commencement of each shiftAssist with the development of new and existing team members in all aspects of terminal activitiesEnsure there is clear communication and understanding of each task while on shiftProactive in self-development and supporting terminal Operations manager and Shift Leaders in delivering training to new employees.OtherDemonstrate a
