An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front of House/Administration Officer to develop their career within the real estate industry and join the highly regarded team at Ray White Southbank | Melbourne City. This is more than just a front desk role where we require the successful candidate to be the face of the business together with being responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience with a polished and energetic approach. Your main responsibilities will be to meet & greet our clients, answering incoming phone calls and supporting the sales and property management departments with administrative tasks. This will give you great exposure to the behind-the-scenes of real estate and provide you the foundation to pursue a career in the industry. From here you could progress into Property Management, Leasing, Sales or grow in the office administration department. This is the perfect first step! Other key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Answering incoming telephone calls Organising mail Maintaining office tidiness & supplies General day to day administration assistance Maintenance of the key register Ordering office groceries and stationery supplies Key selection criteria A want to progress your career in real estate Strong customer service and communication skills Strong computer skills Positive and professional attitude Can work autonomously and well as a team member This role is full time on site Monday to Friday, from 9am until 5.30pm.
