Job Description We are seeking a Full Time Conference & Events Coordinator to join our luxury property in the airport precinct. What You Will Be Doing All aspects of conference coordination from start to finish, including meet and greets and site inspections, organisation of contracts.All administrative elements of events such as preparation of conference proposals, event orders, payment and account settlement.Liaise with clients in the lead up to, during and following their conference.Liaise with all internal departments to ensure smooth conference running. Qualifications Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and guest experience.Previous experience in Banquets operations team will assist with understanding of Meetings and Events Service DeliveryAspirational office-based role at the centre of conference delivery to our 5-star clients.Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.Passion. What are you passionate about and what are you going to bring to the team?Experience in a similar role, or within a hotel environment would be a bonus.
