Come and join our team at Nido Early School Seaford, who are on the lookout for a Lead Educator! As a Lead Educator in our nest, you will lead and develop the curriculum whilst actively encouraging childrens learning and development to support their strong sense of identity. You will receive dedicated support from the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team. ABOUT THE SERVICE: Seaford caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 2 stunning outdoor play areas as well as a piazza and an atelierBus stops nearby for easy commute to workOpening hours 6:30am-6:30pmWorking in our Nursery room with babies 6 months - 14 months oldLong standing supportive team to guide you through your career progressionUtilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child''s development and fostering a sense of active participation. This position is full-time, but can be open to 4 days for the right candidate. Must be available to do opens and closes on a rotating roster.
