Were looking for a digital all-rounder to own the Bunjie website, drive our email marketing, and help supercharge our online growth. Youll manage everything from site updates and SEO to Klaviyo campaigns, subscriptions, and performance marketing. If youre data-driven, results-focused and ready to get stuck in, come help us grow the happiest baby care brand on the planet. What this looks like for you day-to-day: E-Commerce and Website Management Manage and update the Bunjie website with new products, campaigns, and content Champion continuous improvement of the site to enhance UX, CRO, and overall performance Monitor product availability, merchandising and visual layout in line with campaign launches Implement SEO best practices across product pages and site content Manage our global DTC websites, continuously optimising workflows and creating efficiencies across regions Email Marketing Execute our email marketing strategy via Klaviyo, from build to deployment Manage automated flows and campaign emails to engage our community and drive conversion Continuously test and optimise subject lines, content and send times Digital Marketing and Performance Work closely with our digital marketing agency to plan, monitor and optimise paid performance campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok and beyond) Interpret ad results and proactively recommend new ad sets, messaging and formats Research market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve Subscription Management Oversee our subscription platform, ensuring seamless experience for our loyal subscribers Develop strategies to recruit new subscribers, reduce churn and improve LTV Reporting and Insights Build and maintain dashboards to track key digital metrics Report on eComm and email marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, ROAS and campaign results Use insights to inform strategy and continuous improvement A few extras you might touch: Collaborate with our Graphic Designer to brief in new assets and campaign content Ensure tracking and tagging are accurate and up to date across all digital assets Help with online customer support and issue resolution when needed (were a small team, after all) Who Were Looking For Wed love to hear from entrepreneurial thinkers; people who can think outside the box best suit a true start up, agile environment like ours. Youre a digitally-savvy go-getter who blends creativity with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn clicks into loyal customers. Ideally, youll have: 4 years experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce Experience with Shopify (or similar CMS), Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of performance marketing, paid social and search Comfortable with data, analytics and reporting tools (GA4 etc.) Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment Bonus points if you have experience in a DTC brand, beauty, wellness, or baby categories A fun, go-getter ready to get stuck in and eager to grow!
