The position description is as below: Greet and assist Guests in a friendly and professional manner. Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and efficiency. Manage phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence to ensure top-tier communication standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services. Ideal experience you bring: Previous experience in a hotel front desk or reception role Effective communication and people skills Proficiency in MS Office, Opera and hotel management software Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment.
