Maali Commercial Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician for Commercial Construction / Builder Cleaning in the Perth Metro Region. Requirements: Construction White Card: You MUST hold a valid Construction White Card. Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively. Key Duties: Cleaning all aspects of a completed construction project, including removal of tape, stickers and floor protection. Internal surface dusting of walls, ceilings, doors, frames and skirtings. Internal washing of windows and glass, including removal of tape and stickers. Floor cleaning, including scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, and sweeping. Bathroom, kitchen & stainless-steel stripping, cleaning & polishing. External surface cleaning, including windows and pressure cleaning. External window cleaning. Follow Maali Commercial Services workplace policies. Follow workplace team practices. Experience Required: Previous experience as a Construction/Builders Cleaner on construction sites is essential. Please do not apply if you lack this experience.
