About the role Ryda dot com is seeking a full-time Picker and Packer to join our team in Petersham, NSW. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately selecting, packing and preparing goods for dispatch to our customers. This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in our warehouse operations and supply chain. What you''ll be doing Retrieving and selecting items from our warehouse inventory to fulfil customer orders Carefully packing and wrapping goods to ensure safe delivery Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all picked and packed items Assisting with the loading of delivery vehicles Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment Supporting the broader warehouse team as required What we''re looking for Previous experience working as a Picker and Packer, preferably in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures A proactive, flexible and reliable approach to work What we offer At Ryda dot com, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
