About Your New Role This position is responsible for delivering a standardised and systematic approach to designing, analysing, improving, and categorising business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role works collaboratively with enterprise-wide business stakeholders in embedding Business Process Management (BPM) in the organisation. Responsibilities Include Manage business process governance, driving a standardised and systematic approach to designing, analysing, improving, and categorising business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Develop and maintain best-practice assets, methods, standards, processes, and governance for Business Process Management (BPM) Lead end to end process improvement projects, ensuring alignment to the BPM guidelines (which may include the implementation of the specialised Lean Six Sigma guideline) Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyse information and data, facilitate workshops to identify improvements and create reports to support executive process implementation decisions Train Business Improvement and other business users in BPM best practice guidelines Provide specialist advice to enterprise-wide business stakeholders in the application of the BPM guidelines to design, analyse or improve business processes Maintain the Business Process Architecture (BPA) by engaging with senior stakeholders across the organisation Assess BPM process maturity and provide recommendations for improvement Promote a continuous improvement, innovation-led, and transformational mindset. We''re Looking For People Who Have Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project/Program Management or similar or equivalent industry experience 3-5 years experience in business improvement and/or business process management delivering large-scale or transformational initiatives Formal qualifications in at least one of the following (multiple qualifications are highly desirable): Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above or equivalent Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA) or above or equivalent Desired Drivers License Class C unrestricted Be part of shaping the Gold Coast''s future The Gold Coast is inspired by lifestyle and driven by opportunity.
