Job Summary:We have an exciting opportunity for a Showroom & Office Coordinator with a strong retail background to join the LEO LIN business. With a broad local and international following, we are looking for a Mandarin speaking retail professional to run the day-to-day of our Sydney showroom & office. Hosting one on one with customers and driving our VIP program in appointments and luxury shopping events, this is an exciting chance to begin the retail department at LEO LIN. Client ServicesDeliver an exceptional in-showroom client experience that aligns with the brands identity and customer service standards.Responsible for hosting our local and international customers and VIPs.Particular focus on Chinese and Asian customer base, as a Chinese-Founded brand ensuring absolute best in class service.Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive customer engagement strategies.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.Direct support for all relevant brand/showroom events ranging from luxury events to annual promotional sales. Showroom & Back of HouseResponsible for showroom looking beautifully presented and replenished at all timesShowroom & Stock managementEnsure high visual merchandising standards and optimal product presentation.Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock replenishment in coordination with warehouse/logistics teams. Office Management Point of contact for all office administration building manager, parking, staff onboarding. Coordinate all IT support with external partner Logic Solutions Staff onboarding including processes, policies & equipment Order office amenities stationary, Coles orders, birthday cakes Organise EOFY & Christmas parties Team CollaborationDemonstrates a ''can do'' attitude.Works collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.Through team, ensures all marketing activities meet business requirements.Clear and positive communication with all departments.
