The Role - A Day in the Life of a Jobs Advisor As a Jobs Advisor you will guide customers towards fulfilling careers, including those facing significant barriers and long-term unemployment. This rewarding role empowers customers to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful employment. You''ll provide personalised support through individual and group sessions, manage your caseload, and facilitate positive employment outcomes. With an empathetic nature, you''ll build relationships with diverse individuals, assess their needs, and identify supports to minimise barriers to sustainable employment. Adaptability in a changing environment is essential.
