The opportunity We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team during an exciting and busy growth phase. This is a 6-month fixed term contract, based in Melbourne, with the potential to go permanent. You will be the go-to for all things recruitment across our Product and Finance teams, managing the full recruitment lifecycle with energy, ownership, and a laser focus on experience - for both candidates and hiring managers. What you''ll do day to day: own end to end recruitment for a variety of roles (Product, Analysis, Design) - from sourcing to offerpartner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver consistent hiring outcomescreate standout candidate experiences and keep communication flowing at every stagebring market insights to the table and help shape hiring strategiesprioritise and move with urgency in a fast-paced, agile environment About You Youve got proven recruitment experience ideally a blend of agency and in-house though were also open to someone ready to make their first move into internal TA. Youll be managing a diverse portfolio of roles, so were looking for someone with strong curiosity and commercial acumen to quickly grasp each brief and confidently source, assess, and select the right talent.
