YOUR ROLE The Change Manager will play a key role in leading the change management strategy and execution for the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) at MACS. This is a 0.6 FTE fixed-term contract role for approximately 6 months, reporting to the Product Manager, HRIS within the People and Culture directorate. The focus of the role is on the people side of change, ensuring successful adoption and engagement with the new system. The LMS initiative supports the MACS 2030 Strategy and forms part of the Digital Reimagination Program (DRI) led by Information Technology Services (ITS). The Change Manager will work closely with the LMS project team, ITS, MACS executives, steering committee, sponsors, school and office staff, and external vendors to support the broader digital transformation. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and implement change management strategies including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, communication, training, and support plans. Deliver tailored change interventions to engage and support affected stakeholders throughout the LMS implementation. Lead and coordinate change networks, including school representatives, MACS office working groups, and change champions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, supporting user acceptance testing and stakeholder engagement. Support project governance and promote a positive workplace culture aligned with organisational values and compliance standards. ABOUT YOU Extensive experience in change management within large-scale, complex digital transformation programs, including Agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery environments. Proven ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining clarity in project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Strong skills in designing and implementing change strategies, with a focus on aligning with organisational goals and improving stakeholder adoption. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and present ideas effectively across all levels. Relevant qualifications and professional accreditation, such as a tertiary degree in a related field and certification in a recognised change management methodology (e.g. PROSCI).
