What Youll Do: Clean QMS Medias suite of street furniture (Bus Shelters) across the Gold Coast to a consistent and high standard. Carry out illumination checks and minor repair work. Clearing broken glass and securing potentially hazardous sites with safety tape and/or safety cones. Removing graffiti, stickers and any unauthorised bill posting. Reviewing all assets regularly and as directed by manager to ensure it meets company and client requirements. Undertaking repairs undertaken within the parameters of the company training and procedures Monitoring and reporting of damage, faults and vandalism to assets. Pest control. Accurate recording of information relevant to the activities of each day on the appropriate documentation. The role is solely responsible for a set number of street furniture assets within the designated area. The role would suit an early riser as requirements are Monday to Friday with a start time of approx. 2am each morning. There is also a 1 in 3 week rotating roster for On Call duties. What Were Looking For: Full Manual Queensland drivers license. Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 25kgs occasionally and frequently exert force to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects. With another person, must be able to hold objects temporarily of up to 80kgs. Able to sustain frequent periods of standing and walking, which may include climbing ladders and staircases. Able to perform activities that include stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, turning, reaching and bending at the waist. Comfortable with indoor and outdoor work environment with exposure to weather extremes. Youre proactive, reliable, curious, and ready to hit the ground running with passion and ownership!
