THE ROLE: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Agency Account Director to join our Brisbane Sales Team, working on an established portfolio of Brisbane-based media agencies. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated media sales professional who wants to work within one of Brisbanes most successful media sales teams. This is a high-profile role within a team that prides itself on being collaborative, innovative and having a growth mindset whilst enjoying good banter and celebrating the wins! What you will be doing and what skills you may have: In summary: Strategic and solutions focused management of an established agency portfolio Develop and sell leading cross platform, all of audio solutions Identify and create new business opportunities that drive growth Commitment to achieving monthly & quarterly targets (and ability to develop tactics to ensure personal and client success) To be successful in this role you will have: Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities Ability to effectively multi-task and project manage Passion for audio, creativity and delivering a brilliant outcome Strong and consistent communicator and negotiator Resilient, dynamic, adaptable to change and highly driven with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a result orientated environment.
