Together let''s redefine retirement living for senior Australians.The OpportunityReporting to the National Contact Centre Manager, you''ll be joining an award-winning Customer Service team as the first point of contact for a wide range of stakeholders, including potential Aveo customers, to connect them with our expert team members. Our Customer Contact Specialists thrive in a fast-paced, vibrant and strong team culture. If you have a background within a customer service call centre, this role is for you. Make the switch to retirement living and bring your passion to life!This is a permanent full-time opportunity working Monday-Friday in our Newstead Corporate Office. Due to servicing our entire Aveo communities, 7am availability some days are required.
