Join to apply for the QA Technician (AU) role at DroneShield About the Role The Quality Team is expanding to meet increased production and product complexity. DroneShield seeks a QA Technician to ensure products meet high standards and components from suppliers are consistent in quality and performance. Responsibilities Conduct Incoming Quality Checks according to DroneShield''s IQC criteria. Review supplier quality reports. Record IQC results in ERP (Odoo). Prepare IQC inspection reports. Manage failed parts by moving them to quarantine both physically and in Odoo. Raise Quality Alerts/NCRs for failed parts. Conduct quarantine review meetings. Perform outgoing quality checks on products. Report issues to the Quality Manager/QA Officer. Qualifications and Skills Experience in a production environment. Experience with inspection equipment/CMM required. Familiarity with Odoo or similar ERP systems preferred. Experience with RF equipment and electronics preferred. Strong attention to detail and passion for technology. Ability to work independently and in a team. Respect for processes and doing the right thing. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Positive attitude and willingness to assist with various tasks. Eligibility for security clearance if required. Additional Information Location: Sydney headquarters in Pyrmont, with plans to grow staff to 300 by 2026.
