Learn more at www.thetrustees.org.Posting Information:Salary/Hourly Rate: $18-20Hours per week: 40Job Classification: Limited-termJob Type: OnsiteDuration: April 1, 2025 November 1, 2025Location: Field Farm, Williamstown, MAWhat Youll Do:The Role:The Guest House at Field Farm in Williamstown, MA, is an authentic mid-century-modern Bed & Breakfast. We are seeking a Housekeeper to assist with the overall hospitality of the Guest House, including daily operations and support functions. Housekeeping staff should have experience in the hospitality industry. You will report to the Innkeeper and work with other staff. Flexibility in schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and taking holidays during the off-season, is required.Specifically, youll:Follow all Inn proceduresPerform cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and staff areasHandle laundry and ironingServe breakfast on early shiftsAssist with front desk operations, reservations, check-in/out, and inquiriesSupport group events and hospitalityPromote Trustees membership and organizational work to guestsThis is a limited-term, non-exempt position working 40 hours/week, reporting to the Innkeeper.What Youll Need:Skills and Experience:Understanding of Trustees mission and local area knowledge (preferred)Attention to detail and self-motivationAvailability to work weekends and flexible shiftsAbility to lift 40 lbs. and stand for 8 hoursEligibility Criteria:Legal authorization to work in the U.S. by first dayValid drivers license and good driving record (if needed)Background check (CORI)We encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds, even if they do not meet every requirement.Questions?
